Bring your items to any of our local Cahaba Cycles retail locations for an immediate exchange or mail them back to our main warehouse using a tracked shipping service.
Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically appearing in your account within 3-5 business days.
